FIFO Concession Parking Card
The FIFO parking card applies a discount to passengers travelling on closed charter services to Western Australian mine sites on regular, scheduled rotations, equalling a flat rate of $6.50 per day.
The FIFO concession parking form is available from the Service Desk in the Departures Hall.
- Please complete this form and leave it in the secure letterbox on the desk.
- FIFO applications cannot be emailed to applicants directly.
Once the form has been completed and processed, collection will be available from the Service Desk. There is a FIFO car park frequent user card issuing fee, which is inclusive of administration fees at $25.00.
Processing time for new cards is approximately 7days,
- The non-refundable fee of $25.00 is to be paid at the time of collection with a tax invoice/receipt provided to you on request.
- If a reissue of a lost or damaged card is required, there is a fee of $35.
Once you have received your new Concession Parking Card, simply tap the FIFO card to enter the car park (do not press button for paper ticket), on departure, tap the card again, the amount owing will appear on the screen for payment by credit/debit card.

I have lost my bank card; how do I make payment in order to get out of the car park?
Before you leave to access your car, please proceed to the Airport Services Desk in the Departures Terminal. Call the number displayed 0409 967 187 for assistance.
Please note* this is an unattended Service Desk. You are required to call the number displayed on the desk notifying staff of your need for assistance, and an officer will come to the desk.
How do I print parking receipts?
Parking receipts can only be issued at the time of payment.
- If you are paying at the Boom Gate.
- Make payment and wait for receipt button to start flashing. The receipt button is located above the paper ticket insertion slot. (please refer to image below)
- Then press the flashing receipt button and a receipt will be printed.
If you are paying at the Airport Services Desk, you will be issued with a written Tax Invoice at the time of payment.
