Melbourne services launch delayed

Today Jetstar have advised they will be delaying the Melbourne-Busselton passenger flights due to the closure of Western Australia’s border with Victoria. The new route will now commence on 26 June 2021.

Impacted travellers will be contacted by Jetstar in the coming days.

Jetstar remain committed to the route and looks forward to its launch as border controls are adjusted, travel demand returns and operational ramp up allows.

Whilst it is disappointing to once again delay the launch of this service Busselton Margaret River Airport fully supports Jetstar’s decision and looks forward to welcoming interstate passengers in the future.
